Official guidelines regarding intellectual property rights, protected content, and copyright infringement reporting.

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

1. Introduction & Copyright Ownership

Welcome to KS Tech Hub (https://kstechhub.com/). We deeply respect the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, and digital publishers across the globe. Concurrently, we maintain rigorous governance over our own proprietary assets.

All original content, structural layout, text, graphics, proprietary coding, educational tutorials, and digital assets residing on KS Tech Hub are the exclusive intellectual property of KS Tech Hub and are fully protected under Indian copyright law, international copyright treaties, and applicable digital property conventions.

2. Protected Content

For explicit clarity, protected content on KS Tech Hub encompasses all published blog posts, technical SEO guides, digital marketing frameworks, custom graphical illustrations, infographics, educational AI tool breakdowns, and downloadable educational materials. Unauthorized reproduction, web scraping, commercial distribution, or mirror syndication of any protected content is strictly prohibited.

3. Fair Use Statement

KS Tech Hub frequently evaluates, reviews, and analyzes external technological applications, SEO tools, web hosting infrastructures, and AI software. Within these educational analyses, we may reference third-party brand names, corporate logos, and product trademarks.

We assert that any such usage constitutes "Fair Use" under copyright statutes. These third-party marks are utilized strictly for commentary, criticism, news reporting, and educational instruction. All third-party trademarks, service marks, and logos remain the undisputed property of their respective corporate entities.

4. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

As part of our mission to deliver comprehensive technological insights, KS Tech Hub may occasionally host guest articles, expert interview transcripts, or embed third-party multimedia content (such as public YouTube video feeds or social media posts).

While we exercise rigorous editorial review before publishing guest contributions, we do not claim ownership over external guest content. KS Tech Hub assumes no direct legal liability for potential copyright discrepancies or intellectual property infringements introduced by third-party contributors. However, we take immediate corrective action upon receiving valid notification.

5. DMCA Takedown Process (Reporting Copyright Infringement)

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized legal agent acting on behalf of one, and you possess a good faith belief that content published on KS Tech Hub infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
